We gladly accept EXCHANGES OR RETURNS. For exchanges please email us at fashionmommy@gmail.com with the size/style request for exchange to check for availability.
Returns must be received at our store within 7 DAYS of receipt US and 14 DAYS of receipt Canada and International.
All items must be in original condition and must include all original packing materials and be returned in original box/envelope. Item must be unworn and original tags must be attached. PLEASE INCLUDE ORDER NUMBER WITH YOUR RETURN - THANKS!
Buyer pays all shipping costs for return delivery. We highly recommend shipping insurance as we not responsible for items damaged in return transit and will not honor refunds for items damaged on return delivery.
Buyer is only refunded the item price and not the shipping. Refunds issued only after items are received and inspected. Returns are processed Mon-Fri.
Personalized and Custom items are only accepted as returns IF the item is defective or damaged. In that event a store credit will be issued for a same/similar item as replacement. Replacement items will be shipped at the seller's cost.
Personalized items are NOT returned for sizing issues, personal preference, canceled events or ANY other reason except as stated above.
